How to customize the email automation?
To customize the email automation, kindly access Automation Emails on the sidebar menu, then choose the campaign you have already created.
Here you can see you are on the Customization page, kindly stay and we will start to look up the way to customize the email automation.
Subject: you can personalize the email subject line to increase the chances of getting a reply or basically read your email. You can use our available variables to get information from your real orders.
Logo, banner: You can update your brand logo and banner directly from your computer to make customers remember and understand more about your brand image and stories.
Email body: You can customize your own content to meet your demands here. There are many adjustments for you to select to change. It may be mentioned as font family, heading option, variables, align,..
Footer Logo: You can upload your logo in the end of the email.
You can choose to upload logo at the first sight of email or at the end of the email.
Footer content: You can customize your own content to meet your demands here. There are many adjustments for you to select to change. It may be mentioned as font family, heading option, variables, align,..
You can choose to show your social media channels on your email too. You can put a checkmark in the checkbox of which channels that you want to show for your customers.
After all customization, do not forget to click Save to have your unique email templates.
